I'm really grateful for how easy this has been to set up and use.I'm not going to tuck the cables into the edge of my car, I have a cable sticking from the camera to my cigarette lighter. But at some point when I'm ready to make this more permanent, I'll make it more incognito.Meanwhile, it has already been incredible to have. A friend told me that somebody was walking around my car taking pictures so I was immediately able to access the app and see what was going on.The front camera caught very good quality recordings of what had happened… Which fortunately wasn't too much to worry about.The controls on the screen in the car are quite small... but once you get used to them you figure out which ones you use the most, and it becomes automatic.The playback & the memory are fantastic.I don't know why I waited so long to get one of these and put it in!It comes with everything you need. If you don't have one, get one. If you care about someone driving, get them one for a present. 10/10 highly recommend!

This cam is super easy to set up. It has everything you need to set up both the front and rear cameras. I like that the rear is inside the truck and doesn't take any extra wiring it into the license plate or rear lights or whatnot. The rear camera lines goes into the unit at the front and both can be seen on the screen and saved to the SD card (bought separately). The images are nice and clear. It can record in clips or consistently. I find this a bit of security in this crazy world.

This dash camera replaces another one that was about a third of the price. The other dash cam is fine, but what I don't like is that it isn't supported by an app so you could view any footage. Footage has to be reviewed in the dash cam screen itself, and frankly it is just way too small. So I knew I wanted one supported by an app the next go round.I've had this dash cam for a while, but it's taken me over 3 months to get this installed. Mainly, because it's been so hot here that I knew the weather would need to cool down before I could handle the install. Installation is easy, but it is time consuming for me getting all the wires tucked in. I have an older Prius and the rear camera installation is very challenging due to the sloped hatchback. The previous rear camera fell off, so I'm hoping I have better luck with this one.The screen is just a bit larger and so much clearer. I love having the app so I can review footage. Everything seems to be working perfectly so far. Since I've only had it installed for a short time, I will make sure and come back and update this review with any additional findings. But so far I really like it.

Easy to mount and has great image quality. I dropped a 256GB microSD into mine so I have a lot of retention. In-cabin camera AND rear camera do NOT need to be used if you prefer to use just the front cam - just don't plug them in!I do tend to get a little flare from headlights of other cars - I'm pretty sure this is due to my windshield needing to be cleaned, but other than that the color reproduction is excellent as is the resolution of the recordings.

I do like this dash cam, but found that it doesn't offer any more features or convenience than the one I got about a year ago - the parking features require that it be essentially hardwired into you car battery, which is inconvenient at best and risks running you car battery down.Otherwise, I have had no problems with it, though I've not been able yet to try the wireless connectivity with my iphone...which should be a huge improvement if it works easily.I tend to prefer the type with windshield mount in a single low profile unit (to partially 'hide' behind the mirror), but that sacrifices display size, while this one has two separately adjustable units there...which might under some circumstances make for an easier installation.Admittedly a small difference.A good low cost '2k' unit, but even at 60fpm, it won't capture license plates at more than about 6 feet or so....still quite useful.Image quality is the same as the one I tried a year ago...so still some camera improvements needed for full 'high quality' use, but really a good buy for the price.
