When you tear open the TRAPO packaging, we want you to be thrilled, delighted and completely satisfied with what’s inside. In the unlikely event that you are not, we will be happy to offer a refund.
- You can return any item within 7 days of receipt for a refund of that item. Refunds will be credited to your account in the form of LOYALTY POINT.
- Please note that there will be no monetary refunds for any order cancellations made after payment has been made. Customers will instead receive Trapo points that can be applied towards future purchases of Trapo products.
- Items should be returned unused, clean, not cut into any shapes and with all tags attached and in its original packaging. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
- Please note the cost of the return is the customer responsibility and the original shipping costs are not refundable. The only exclusion will be when our Trapo specialist sent the wrong product to you including wrong car model, wrong combination of edges or a wrong product.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
