1. What’s covered under warranty?
Your dashcam is protected against:
- Hardware faults: Won’t power on/off, USB port failure, buttons not working.
- Software issues: Crashing app, recording errors, date/time not saving, memory card not recognized.
- Camera problems: Poor recording quality, missing footage, lines in video/images.
- Overheating: Auto shutdown during normal use.
- Power issues: Unexpected shutdowns.
- Connectivity issues: GPS/Wi-Fi not working properly.
The warranty does not apply if the issue is caused by:
- Physical damage (cracked screen, scratches, water damage).
- External accessories (mounts, wires, SD cards).
- Accidents or mishandling.
- Using non-TRAPO cables or adapters.
Warranty duration depends on your purchase. Check your receipt, packaging, or contact us to confirm coverage.
4. How do I make a claim?
Prepare the following before contacting us:
- Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).
- Dashcam serial number.
- Photos/videos showing the issue.
- Short description of the problem.
- Reach out to our customer service team to start the claim process.
- Step 1: Verification – We check your proof of purchase, warranty validity, and issue.
- Step 2: Return – You may need to send back the dashcam for inspection.
- Step 3: Outcome –
- If valid → we repair or replace your unit.
- If not valid → we return the dashcam with explanation.
