1. What’s covered under warranty?

2. What’s not covered?

The warranty does not apply if the issue is caused by:

3. How long is my warranty?

4. How do I make a claim?

  • Photos/videos showing the issue.

5. What happens after I submit a claim?
  • Step 1: Verification – We check your proof of purchase, warranty validity, and issue.
  • Step 2: Return – You may need to send back the dashcam for inspection.
  • Step 3: Outcome –
    • If valid → we repair or replace your unit.
    • If not valid → we return the dashcam with explanation.
