Warranty Period

Trapo offers a 12-month warranty on all our products from the date of purchase, except car wipers with a 24-month warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use conditions.


What is Covered

Our warranty covers the following:

  1. Manufacturing Defects: Any defect in materials or workmanship.
  2. Product Malfunctions: Issues that arise under normal use conditions.

What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage from Misuse: Damage resulting from improper installation, operation, or maintenance.
  2. Accidental Damage: Damage caused by accidents, spills, or external factors.
  3. Unauthorized Repairs: Products that have been repaired or altered by anyone other than Trapo authorized personnel.
  4. Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage.
  5. Third-Party Products: Any products not manufactured by Trapo.

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at enquiry.my@trapo.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Ensure you have a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.
  3. Return the Product: If instructed, return the product to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Inspection and Replacement: Our team will inspect the returned product. If the issue falls under our warranty coverage, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.

Important Information

  • The warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Trapo or an authorized dealer.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • The replacement product will be covered by the remaining warranty period of the original product.
